What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through our online shop using a major credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and Paypal.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on holiday and weekends are processed the following business day.

Shipping time is dependent upon shipping method, size of package and location. You will receive an email when your package has been shipped and the expected arrival date. We cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the USA.

I gave you the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

We are not able to change an address on an order that has already been placed. However if the order has not shipped, you should reach out to hello@whimsybubbles.com as soon as possible to cancel the original order and we ask you to place the order again with the correct address.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping to customers within the United States on orders of minimum $75.

Do you offer any discount coupons?

Yes. Sign up for our newsletter and you'll receive a 10% discount on your first purchase. Also, if you follow us in Instagram @whimsybubbles you will learn about any ongoing discount codes or sales.

How do I use a discount code?

During the checkout process, in the Order Summary input your discount code in the box labelled Gift Card/Discount Code then click Apply. Discount codes cannot be combined with others. You may only enter one code per order.

What is your return/refund policy?

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If the products you selected didn't work out, we will accept returns for most items within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
